Receive under bond

Imported GPU servers, switches and cooling kit arrive under customs bond and are logged on arrival.

  • Customs seal checks and serial-number capture at the dock
  • Caged, CCTV-monitored bonded storage by client and OEM
  • Re-exported or cleared for India on demand
Spotlight

The burn-in bay — where quality is proven.

Liquid-cooled GPU racks run at full power before they leave Telangana.

  • Power and coolant drops at every test position
  • Load banks and CDU commissioning on a dedicated power feed
  • Faults caught here, not at the customer's data centre
  • Immersion-cooling tanks ready for next-generation systems
  • Designed to 1 MW-per-rack-ready standards

Segregated halls

Seven halls under one roof, each with its own access tier.

Customs law requires bonded and non-bonded goods to be physically separated. Every hall is fire-compartmented, separately metered and linked by a secure spine where each movement is scanned into the chain of custody.

Tier 4

Hall A · Bonded Secure Vault

Export-controlled GPUs and accelerators. Biometric mantrap, US BIS-compliant custody, 24/7 audit logging.

Tier 3

Hall B · Bonded Warehouse

Duty-deferred storage on VNA high-bay racking, climate and humidity controlled, real-time WMS.

Tier 2

Hall C · Integration Halls

High-density power bays for GPU rack-and-stack, liquid-cooling integration, ESD floor.

Tier 2

Hall D · Test & Burn-in

Load banks, burn-in racks, liquid-cooling loop tests and full-stack QA on a dedicated feed.

Clean

Hall E · Clean Room / ESD

Positive-pressure filtered air for component-level work, precision handling and RMA.

Phase 3

Hall F · Reverse / ITAD

Secure wipe and shred, asset recovery and grading, segregated e-waste store.

Dispatch

Hall G · Cross-dock

Forward-out and reverse-in flows, outbound staging and white-glove dispatch.

Built-up area

23 lakh sq ft, by function.

The bonded high-security warehouse and the integration halls — the two anchor functions — account for nearly half of all floor space.

Security & compliance

Built for the world's most sensitive hardware.

Bonded, non-bonded and reverse-logistics operations run side by side — physically separated, independently secured and fully audited.

Tiered access control

Four access tiers, with biometric mantraps protecting the export-controlled vault.

24/7 monitoring

CCTV and audit logging across every hall, cage and dock door.

Chain of custody

Every inward, inter-hall and outward movement scanned and recorded.

Export-control ready

Custody designed to US BIS requirements, with inventory attestation.

Fire-compartmented halls

Each hall independently compartmented, metered and access-controlled.
